Please familiarise yourself with our admissions policy and rules ensuring you can comply with them. Members of staff have the right to refuse entry or remove pool users without refund if visitors are unable to follow these rules:
Inflatables Sessions
Buoyancy aids are compulsory. They are provided free of charge on arrival.
The inflatables are suitable for confident swimmers aged 5+. All under 8’s must be accompanied in the water by a responsible adult (age 16+ or legal guardian) at all times at a maximum ratio of 1 adult : 3 children. The supervising adult requires their own ticket.
Under 12’s must have a supervising adult on site during their inflatables session. They do not need to be in the water, but they will require a spectator ticket.
Safety Briefing
Paddleboarding
Buoyancy aids are compulsory. They are provided free of charge on arrival.
Paddleboarding is suitable for ages 4+. Under 8’s must be accompanied in the water by an adult during the session. You can share a paddleboard or hire your own. The maximum ratio is 1 adult : 3 children.
Under 12’s must have a supervising adult on site during their session. They do not need to be in the water, but they will require a spectator ticket.
Swimming
Swimming is suitable for all ages.

Exclusion Criteria
Those under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs
Customers who are abusive, aggressive, or present a threat to staff and other customers
Pre-existing medical conditions which might endanger themselves or others.
Swimmers must be free from the symptoms of diarrhoea or vomiting for at least 14 days before entering the pool
You cannot participate in inflatables sessions if you are pregnant
Please inform the lifeguard team of any pre-existing medical conditions which may impact your ability to swim prior to entering the water.
This is not an exhaustive list. Staff have the right to deny entry/remove anyone they consider a risk to themselves, or the safety and enjoyment of others.
Pool Rules
Do not enter the water until instructed by the lifeguard team
Do not bring glass containers on to the site
Do not bring any alcoholic drinks on to the site or enter the facility under the influence of alcohol or drugs
No smoking within the pool complex
Do not use offensive language or engage in conduct of a disorderly or violent manner
No running anywhere within the pool facility
No fighting, bullying, pushing, ducking, or throwing other bathers in the pool
No splashing or impeding other swimmers
No performing gymnastics
No diving
No bombing
No swimming underneath inflatables
No anti-social or inappropriate behaviour such as petting, spitting, swearing or abusive language
No excessively boisterous behaviour or being a nuisance to other users
No eating or drinking in the water
No dangerous or anti-social use of balls
No jumping from poolside
No climbing on the fountains
No inappropriate clothing or swimming costumes
No swimming in full clothing
Long hair must be tied back, or a bathing cap is to be worn.
